Julian McMahon plays “Dr. Christian Troy”, the business partner, best friend and confidante of Dr. Sean McNamara. Christian is the one “bad boy” character that takes all the ladies breathes away and is cocky. He evens out the firm with his bad boy attitude. Christian is always taking risks and living a carefree lifestlye… until he finds out he has breast cancer. He wakes up out of his “untouchable” attitude and starts to take care of his life.
He asks Liz to marry him and to be the care taker of his child when he is gone…

Meet Sean

Dylan Walsh plays “Dr. Sean McNamara”, a dedicated, brilliant plastic surgeon and partner in McNamara/Troy. He is the more level headed stickler of the firm. He is always picking up Christian off the ground, literally and figuratively. Sean has a family of his own but at the end of this season finds a women who challenges his sticker side and makes him want to be bad.

Meet Liz

Roma Maffia plays “Dr. Liz Cruz”, a lesbian anesthesiologist at McNamara/Troy who is outspoken and is more of a friend to Troy and Christian and challenges all or most of their ideas.
Last season, Liz was the victim of an underground ring of organ thieves who stole one of her kidneys. In ill health, she underwent transplant surgery when a generous women donated one of her own kidneys to Liz. She also fell in love with another anesthesiologist, Poppy and quickly fell out of love when she realized that her new partner was a psycho woman.
This season, Liz joins Sean and Christian in their new Beverly Hills practice. But her sexuality is challenged when she encounters Christian again.

Season Finale

Christian and Liz start their wedding preparations, and at the same time he is battling his cancer.Liz’s attention is on the wedding. Christian is making arrangements for “life after death”.
Meanwhile, Ram trades in Kimber for a newer model (another women), leading Kimber to go and confront Liz about her relationship with Christian. Liz is upfront about it all. She explains the conditions of which the marriage is taking place.

In the end, Christian gets a phone call saying there was a mistake. He will live and his cancer is binine

February Twenty-Fourth

With the heavy burden news of Christian’s soon end, he prepares Sean by searching for the new him. Christian decides to employ Dr. Logan Taper for the practice. Logan seems like the perfect suit. Not too demanding, still cocky, and great at his job. Sean lets him in on a surgery and finds that he knows what he is doing. What could go wrong? Well Doctor Logan has this crazy sexual desire for furniture that freaks Christian out and denies him the job.

 

 Sean is revisited by a former client from Miami to have plastic surgery so she can attract suitors once her husband dies.

February Seventeenth

Christian relates to a patient with a unique condition. Christian’s breast cancer has came back and he has six months to a year to live. It appears that this reality flash has made Christian more sensitive, seen in this episode with a patient. Christian also realizes what a mistake he has made by running off Liz and wants to make up for it. He steals drugs from the office in order to buy her a ring. he asks her to come back. Is this sincere? Or is this a safety net for his little boy?

 Sean pursues a new relationship with Teddy. He is experiencing new realms. But after being pushed a little to far with Aidens blackmail he pushing away until Teddy claims they can not have a relationship. But he surprises us all when he takes her out to a dark exotic dinner. will this last??

February tenth

Kimber wants Christian to make her daughter Jenna look younger by using Botox. Kimber, being the mother that she is, just proves that society will do anything to fit in. If that means sticking needles into an infant to conform to the image of “new day beauty.”

Sean meets anaesthesiologist Dr. Theodora ‘Teddy’ Rowe.Teddy seems like she is going to cause the trouble in the office. She is a far cry from Liz.

A yoga instructor comes to McNamara/Troy and asks for a rather unusual procedure.The yoga instructor has a problem with giving himself oral sex because he is that flexible. In my opinion I could only imagine the tramatic experience that comes along with this so called gift.

Aiden broke his neck trying to give himself oral sex. It is so typical for a guy to want to be able to do this to themself. In a bid to change his luck, Aidan Stone writes a biopic about Sean. Aiden also wants to black mail Sean, because Sean did not like the way the movie portrayed the members of the office, by telling the yoga instructor that Sean and Teddy had taken pictures of the instructors penis, which is extremely unprofessional. Do doctors actually do this? and get out of it by bribes?
